1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher
- You must be a resident of a country where online gambling is legally permitted
- You may not register if you are a resident of a restricted country (see Section 3)
- You may hold only one account at Wazamba Casino
- Employees of Dama N.V. and its affiliates are not permitted to play for real money
3. Restricted Countries
The following countries are currently restricted from registering or playing at Wazamba Casino: United States of America, United Kingdom, France (and overseas territories), Netherlands, Spain, Italy (for certain products), Australia (prohibited by IGA), and all countries subject to international sanctions. This list is subject to change; players are responsible for ensuring gambling is legal in their jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration & Verification
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
- You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal and upon request at any time
- Wazamba reserves the right to request documents verifying identity, age, address, and payment method ownership
- Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension
- Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited
5. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
- Wazamba is not liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security
- We may suspend accounts showing signs of compromise pending security review
6. Deposits
- Minimum deposit: €10 (or currency equivalent)
- All deposits must be made from payment methods in your own name
- Deposits from third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to decline deposits from specific payment methods at our discretion
- Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts separate from operational funds
7. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals require completed KYC verification
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for deposit where possible
- Minimum withdrawal: €20 (or currency equivalent)
- Processing times: e-wallets up to 24 hours; cards 1–3 business days; crypto up to 1 hour
- Wazamba reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals
- Withdrawals may be delayed pending responsible gambling checks for player protection
8. Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed at the time of offer
- The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 40× the bonus amount
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active: €5 per spin or hand
- Only one bonus may be active at a time
- Live casino and most table games do not contribute toward bonus wagering
- Bonuses are valid for 30 days from activation unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to cancel bonuses where abuse, fraud, or manipulation is suspected
- Bonuses are for personal use only; sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited
9. Fair Gaming & Game Rules
- All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited by eCOGRA or equivalent
- In the event of a software malfunction, the game session is void and stakes returned
- Wazamba is not responsible for network failures on the player's side that interrupt gameplay
- We reserve the right to void bets placed in error or resulting from obvious software errors
10. Responsible Gambling
We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, self-exclusion, and account closure tools. 11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
- Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multi-player games
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or any activity that violates AML laws
- Bonus abuse, including pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
- Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform
12. Intellectual Property
All content on wazamba-play.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dama N.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wazamba Casino shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; losses due to network or system failures; actions taken against accounts for Terms violations; or any gambling losses incurred while using our services. Our total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. In the event of a dispute:
- Contact our support team in the first instance — most issues are resolved within 48 hours
- If unresolved, submit a formal complaint to complaints@wazamba-play.net
- If still unresolved, you may escalate to the Malta Gaming Authority at mga.org.mt
